Keep running<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Na het succes van de 0 naar 5 km hardlopen podcast serie “Start to Run” volgde al snel het vervolg. Deze reeks werd Keep Running genoemd en bouwt op van een beginniveau van 5 km naar 10 km hardlopen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Start to Run app<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Met het succes van de Start to Run en Keep Running series kon een app niet uiblijven. Deze app, Start 2 run, is nog beschikbaar via de playstore. De voice over van Evy is volop aanwezig in deze app. Via de GPS functies van je telefoon kun je de gelopen route bekijken. De app is niet gratis in tegenstelling tot de destijds te downloaden podcast serie start to run.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
